From a few true details to a finished MP3
Songkeepsake is a web page where you describe someone you care about, read the lyrics we draft from your description, change anything you like, and then ask for a finished song as an MP3. It is meant for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, holidays, and quiet thank-yous.
- Your part
- You pick an occasion, give the name, and add one to three details only you would know.
- The lyrics
- Lyrics are drafted by an AI model running on our hosting provider. They are free, and you can edit every line.
- The audio
- When song audio is open, the lyrics and style are sent to a third-party music model and you get an MP3 back in a few minutes. When it is paused, the builder tells you so and lyrics still work.
- Where songs live
- Finished songs and drafts are stored in your own browser, so they are not synced between devices.
Mispronounced names and second takes
AI voices can mispronounce names; spelling a name phonetically in the lyrics box often fixes it. Results vary from one attempt to the next, which is why packs include re-dos. Prices are in US dollars and are listed on the pricing page.
A small project with no label or artist behind it
Songkeepsake is an independent project. It is not run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any record label, streaming service, or AI company, and the songs are not performed by named artists.
