Songkeepsake does not host a public gallery. Lyrics and audio are generated for one visitor at a time and are not published by us, so there is normally no public page to take down. If you believe something the service produced, or a page on this site, infringes your copyright, write to support@customsonggift.site and we will look at it. Last updated 2026-11-01.
What to include
- The work you say is infringed, with a link or a description specific enough to identify it.
- The URL or song title on this site that you say infringes it, and the browser or email you used, if the item was made for you.
- Your name, address, and an email where we can reach you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What we do
We review notices by hand, usually within a few business days. If a notice is complete and credible we remove or disable the item, tell the person who made it where we can, and keep a record of the notice. Incomplete notices may be sent back for the missing details.
Counter-notice
If your song or page was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email the same address with the item, the reason you have the right to use it, your contact details, and a statement that you accept service of process from the person who filed the notice. We may restore the item if the reporter does not act.
Repeat reports
We may block a browser id or address that repeatedly produces infringing content.
